Eastoli delivers ongoing upgrade and renewal works within live sewage treatment plants across South East Queensland, planning construction around plant operations so treatment keeps running while critical assets are built, upgraded and renewed.
Tertiary filter bypass construction
Recent works include construction of a concrete water retaining wet weather bypass chamber fitted out with a Rotork actuated penstock and level control, construction of a new flowmeter pit fitted with a DN500 ABB WaterMaster flowmeter and DICL connection through the UV bypass channel, and installation of an OD710 PE wet weather outfall bypass, including on-site poly welding, testing and commissioning.
Sludge drying bed renewals
Sludge drying bed renewals at various STPs have included cleaning and removal of sludge and degraded subgrade, replacement of underground drainage media, pipes and channels, and design and reinstatement of concrete sludge bed support bases.
Reactive repairs of critical assets
Eastoli also delivers reactive repairs of failed critical assets such as buried isolation valves, pipe repairs, chemical dosing infrastructure and concrete structures, along with inspections that assist proactive maintenance of underground assets.
