Started on billion-dollar highways and never lost the appetite for detail. Eli brings a rare combination for someone early in his career: a Civil Engineering (Honours) degree, hands-on experience across DTMR road, pavement and water infrastructure projects up to $1.2 billion, and a genuine drive to keep learning. From quality assurance and contract administration to cost control and construction programming, he’s worked both sides of the fence, contractor and client, and brings that perspective to every project. Diplomatic, technically sharp and always first to ask the right question, Eli’s the kind of engineer who mentors as readily as he learns.
