He’s led delivery on some of the region’s trickiest water and sewer works, trunk main diversions beside public recreation spaces, a tertiary filter upgrade at a live sewage treatment plant and sewer pump station renewals, always with the same steady precision and calm under pressure. His strength is sequencing the impossible, keeping crews, subcontractors and tight timelines moving without losing sight of safety or the community around the works.
