Meet Paul Matthews Supervisor
Started his trade in the early 1980s and hasn’t stopped building on it since. Paul brings over four decades of hands-on plumbing, civil and water infrastructure experience, spanning senior supervision, project management and OH&S leadership on projects up to 55 million dollars. From new residential builds to major pump station upgrades and rising main construction, he’s supervised crews, trained employees and kept safety and quality standards tight across every site he’s run. Paul’s depth of trade knowledge, calm leadership and genuine mentoring instinct make him the steady hand who’s seen it all and still leads from the front.
