Nearly five years deep in south-east Queensland subdivisions and Pauline has built a genuine handle on the full delivery cycle: earthworks, roadworks, stormwater, sewer, watermain and bridge works across projects worth tens of millions combined. She runs financial administration, subcontractor management and quality assurance with equal confidence, keeping claims, EOTs, RFIs and look-ahead programs tightly on track. Her civil engineering honours degree gives her the technical grounding, but it’s her precision and follow-through on-site that stand out, from certifying progress claims to managing hold point inspections. Pauline is diligent, detail-driven and steadily building toward a stronger project engineering future.
