Every business needs someone who makes the engine actually run, and at Eastoli, that’s Laura. Co-founder alongside Lee, she’s the steady hand behind the scenes, keeping accounts, payroll and day-to-day operations moving so everyone else can focus on the job in front of them. Genuinely a jack of all trades, Laura turns her hand to whatever the business needs on any given day, holding the whole operation together with quiet efficiency and good humour. Outside Eastoli, she runs an equally demanding operation at home, wrangling four energetic boys with the same calm capability she brings to the business.
