A licensed plumber and gas technician who worked his way from the field to the boardroom, Lee founded Eastoli on the same hands-on principles that built his career. Over a decade with Unitywater and major utility programs shaped his deep technical grounding in water infrastructure, from watermain replacements and trunk main diversions to emergency response and hydrant renewal programs worth millions. He leads with the same instincts that made him a strong tradesman: practical judgement, steady compliance and genuine respect for the crews and communities his projects touch. Lee’s leadership blends technical mastery with a real commitment to doing the job properly, every time.
